2、檢查氣缸和氣動(dòng)閥的位置指示器，確保沒(méi)有損壞。

3、清洗、吹掃氣動(dòng)閥管路;如果介質(zhì)中有雜質(zhì)，應(yīng)在閥門(mén)前面的管道上安裝過(guò)濾閥。
3. Clean and purge the pneumatic valve pipeline; If there are impurities in the medium, a filter valve should be installed on the pipe in front of the valve.
4、按氣動(dòng)閥體上箭頭指示的方向安裝(下游安裝)，將氣動(dòng)閥接口與管道連接，并確保連接密封良好。

3、電磁閥線圈充電時(shí)，禁止拆卸，以防觸電。

1、在拆卸氣動(dòng)閥之前，應(yīng)排空氣缸內(nèi)的液體，并釋放閥內(nèi)的介質(zhì)壓力;如果介質(zhì)為高溫、高壓、易燃、易爆、有毒或腐蝕性介質(zhì)，則要將其移除，以防止人員和設(shè)備受傷。
1. Before disassembling the pneumatic valve, drain the liquid in the air cylinder and release the medium pressure in the valve; If the medium is high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxic or corrosive, it shall be removed to prevent injury to personnel and equipment.
2、氣動(dòng)閥的拆卸步驟：

A、 拆卸氣缸：拆下鎖環(huán)，抬起并拆下氣缸，然后可以看到活塞、彈簧、位置指示器、閥桿等部件。

B、 拆除閥體：使用扳手將其夾在閥蓋根部，然后旋轉(zhuǎn)以拆除閥體，并查看閥體內(nèi)部。
B. Dismantle the valve body: use a wrench to clamp it at the root of the bonnet, then rotate it to remove the valve body and view the inside of the valve body.
C、 拆卸密封件：拆卸閥體后，可以看到閥桿末端的密封件。擰下固定密封件的螺釘，拆卸密封件。
