電動高壓閘閥屬于強制密封式閥門,是由電動執行器和閘閥兩大部分組成。廣泛適用于石油、化工、火力發電廠等油品、水、蒸汽管路上作接通或截斷管路中介質的啟閉裝置。

步驟 1:為了解決閥座與閥瓣的錐度測量問題,先制作出兩個略大于閥瓣的閘板模型,然后垂吊于閥座接觸面,中間用四根小鐵棒撐開閘板模型使其完全與閥座接觸,用電焊將四根小鐵棒與兩塊模型均勻施焊牢固,待冷卻后取出,用量角器測量出閘板模型的錐度。
Step 1: To solve the problem of measuring the taper of the valve seat and valve disc, first make two gate plate models slightly larger than the valve disc, then hang them vertically on the contact surface of the valve seat. Use four small iron rods to prop open the gate plate model in the middle to make it fully contact with the valve seat. Weld the four small iron rods and the two models evenly and firmly with electric welding. Take them out after cooling and measure the taper of the gate plate model with a protractor.
步驟 2:將閥瓣根據閥板模型的錐度進行車削,將車削好的閥瓣放入閥座內進行修配,修配時可采用紅丹接觸的方法;當錐度基本相同時,在閥瓣的內凹面也車一個相同的錐度面,用作密封面堆焊后車削的基準面。

When the taper is basically the same, turn a same taper surface on the concave surface of the valve disc, which is used as the reference surface for turning after surfacing of the sealing surface.
步驟 3:對閥瓣密封面進行堆焊。堆焊的焊條可根據閥門所使用的溫度進行選擇,閥門用于堆焊的焊條有半鐵素體高鉻鋼和鉻鎳硅鉬兩大類,主要用于工作溫度低于 600℃的高壓閥門的密封面堆焊;或采用鈷基硬質密封堆焊焊條:D802、D812。
Step 3: Surfacing on the sealing surface of the valve disc. The welding rods for surfacing can be selected according to the temperature used by the valve. There are two major types of welding rods for surfacing of valves: semi-ferritic high chromium steel and chromium-nickel-silicon-molybdenum. They are mainly used for surfacing the sealing surfaces of high-pressure valves with working temperatures lower than 600℃. Or use cobalt-based hard sealing surfacing welding rods: D802 and D812.
