　　為使閥門更有效地密封，該結(jié)構(gòu)采用三重密封結(jié)構(gòu)，即三角形橡膠密封和塑料插件軟密封，加上金屬硬密封，如果軟密封出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，金屬密封也能起到作用。同時(shí)金屬硬密封還是防火結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，即當(dāng)軟密封遭到火災(zāi)燃燒時(shí)，金屬硬密封能夠密封。

　　對(duì)于氣體介質(zhì)的管道，建議客戶選用DIB-2結(jié)構(gòu)的閥門，良工閥門的全焊接球閥產(chǎn)品能同時(shí)確保上下游閥座能同時(shí)密封，中腔壓力由于外力升高后，壓力同樣能從上游端閥座自動(dòng)泄壓，確保閥門能安全使用。

　　為防止閥門開(kāi)關(guān)受到誤動(dòng)作以及不可預(yù)知的線路振動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的不應(yīng)有的開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，在閥門的全開(kāi)和全關(guān)位置設(shè)有鎖定孔，可用掛鎖鎖定閥門。特別是閥門安裝在野外或在可燃性介質(zhì)的石油類和化學(xué)藥品的生產(chǎn)線，該鎖定裝置就會(huì)體現(xiàn)出其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性。

　　To prevent valve switching from being affected by misoperation and unforeseeable line vibrations, locking holes are provided at the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve, and the valve can be locked with a padlock. Especially when valves are installed in the field or on production lines for flammable media such as petroleum and chemical products, this locking device will demonstrate its unique superiority.
